Self-coached weekly consultation*

$75 per month

  •  4-month minimum
  •  One weekly email communication initiated by athlete
  •  Email topic determined by athlete
*The self-coached weekly consultation option is for the athlete who wants to be self-coached but with some regular feedback from a coach.
